So, onto Menopausal Goddess (aka Katherine - me!) well, this menopause thing is a learning curve certainly. I have ups and downs, good days and bad. Last night was weird, I was walking on a trampoline from about 2pm, don't know if it was a sugar rush, tiredness or what. Horrible feeling but, I sat down and did Goddess Leonie's Healing Rains meditation and I came out feeling grounded and certainly less bouncy! Today feels much better, late night so will take up the option of an afernoon lap later on lol.
