Still here, procrastinating ....

I've promised myself umpteen times this morning that I will get up out of this chair, get smartened up and go out for a ride or walk.

Guess what?

....  I'm still sat here!

Bad day today, need a lift up, some positivity and motivation.

Might as well go back to bed.
